1. Go to https://apps.facebook.com/postcron/
2. On Free >> Go to Postcron
3. connect account If your pages are not connected
4. right status or add photo on add photo tab
5. schedule the post if you want to post it at the correct time or click on post now to post just now
6. and you are done.
